How do I add a location to a Caravan?

To add a location to your Caravan, follow the steps below:

  1. When adding a new Caravan, tap the “From:” button if you’re adding the departure point, or “To:” if you’re adding the final destination.
  2. A list of saved locations will appear. If you want to use one of them, tap “Select”. If you want to add a new one, tap the “+” button at the top of the screen.
  3. A new screen will open with fields to create the new location. You don’t need to fill in the name, but if you do, it will appear in your saved list. Enter the ZIP code and search. If successful, the system will fill in the required details. Add the street number and complement if needed, then save.
  4. The system will fill in the city for the added location.


How do I add a passenger to a Caravan?

To add a passenger to your Caravan, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the desired Caravan.
  2. In the “Passengers” section, tap the “+” button.
  3. The list of all passengers registered in your app will be shown. Select the desired passenger.
  4. A bus button with a plus symbol will appear. Tap it.

After these steps, the passenger will be linked to your Caravan and shown in the passenger list.

To remove a passenger from your Caravan, follow the same steps. The add button will be replaced by a remove button.


How do I sync a Caravan with the calendar?

To add a Caravan to your calendar, open the desired Caravan and open the options menu. The option to add the Caravan to your calendar will be available there.


How do I add a received amount to a Caravan?

To add a received amount to a Caravan, open the Caravan menu and tap “Edit”. Inside the edit screen, scroll to the payments and amounts section and add or subtract the needed value.
